GARRETT model TA3401 from a "JOHN DEERE RE62773"( i guess) front side is an
a/r 0.50 exhaust side is an 1.15 and the trim is 76

I want to know if i can put a bigger front cover on it and make it useable. i know tha the .50 front cover is too small, but is the 1.15 exhaust too big? Is it worth fixing?

Those numbers are pretty much useless.
Why don't you pop off the compressor housing and measure the compressor wheel major and minor diameters?
