Can a Borg-Warner T04b be upgraded to 60-1 compressor with Garrett parts???

I have a Borg Warner 313102 Turbocharger, Model T04B. I have had it on my TII swapped first gen for some time with no issues. It has a Turbonetics exhaust housing that fits perfect.

I want to upgrade it to a 60-1 compressor assm. I am looking at atpturbo.com
parts

Garrett Compressor Wheel, T3/T4 60-1 : atpturbo.com

Compressor housing for 60-1, 76mm 56 trim wheel : atpturbo.com

Can I use these parts on the Borg Warner turbo?? do I need anything else? Backing plate???

Any help on the interchangability between a BW and Garrett T04B would be helpful. This turbo is in good shape and I really dont have the money for a complete new turbo

I've done some swapping of turbo wheels here and there. Problem is they need to be balanced after. You'llneed the backing plate, comp housing and wheel. The height of the new comp wheel needs to match or come close. I've stuck a 70mm comp wheel on a t3 turbine before with no balance for a few passes it and ran great.
