i tried, but it didn't come out to good at all lol the only numbers i can read off that plate is the serial #....... the first part looks like it says C7, and the second part is 3111524. theres nothing at all in the "spec" and "parts no." spots

Savanna Rx-7
Ishikawa Jima Heavy Industries or IHI RHC-7B
Its an RHC-7B its based off of the same design and specs as the HKS T04S/T04R big difference is= the water cooling jacket on the C7b flows and cools a bit better, as a result here in japan people use them when they want reliability, (they make about 5~7 percent less than the T04 series for same size compressor wheel/turbine wheel thats probably a .88 or .92 AR on the hot side (turbine) and if set up properly is good for 500+ hp.
Incidently I have the same one, mine is the .92 AR on a 3rotor cosmo, homemade manifold, and downpipe with the 3 rotor it comes on very early about 2500 rpm with a 13b it will come on at about 3700~4200 depending on port health of engine, and other stuff, (oh and if the seals get jsut a little worn it will burn a lot of oil,) no biggy is just has more clearance than most HKS turbos do.
These turbos were originally designed for large turbo marine diesels so reliability was the primary concern not hp thus the sligthly lower hp compared with the HKS stuff
