I checked today. You can fit the 87mm and the 90/91 (depends on how you round the numbers).

The borg warner turbos really are starting to have TONS of choices:

Compressor wheel sizes:

S300 (small frame)

59mm
61mm
62mm
64mm
66mm

S300 (large frame)
68mm
70mm
72mm
75mm
78mm
80mm

Turbine wheels have good choices too:

S300 (large frame)

80mm
83mm
87mm
91mm

Then the S400s have the big 96mm turbine wheel too.

There is SO much more I just don't have time right now to put it all up. I will get some more info when I get time.

How about the 82, 85, 88 and 91mm comp wheels? I don't see them listed.

Those too.

And they go up from there. There is a 95mm and a 102mm also. But these are a S500 series.

I have seen 2 of the 91's and they are S400 chassis units with billet backing plate. The 500 and 510 series stuff is monsterous.......I wouldn't mess with that stuff at all.

I looked around but haven't been able to find any.

It wasn't on a S475 so I can't help you too much. It was on a 4202R, comp cover was machined to fit, what we noticed was switching over to the larger comp A/r had the obvious effects more power at lower boost levels with less heat in the charg. I would recommend you look at getting the larger comp A/r if it is for that little drag car. It didn't have too much of a negative effect on response.

Wasn't a BW comp cover sorry. But it was addressing the same issue of running the .69 versus the .96 A/r, definitely liked it.

Oh....sorry I thought you were talking about the BW's. They have them for the BW's now and I would like to try one, but not sure if they make them for smaller 70mm wheels or not. The .63 and .69 cover just don't cut it if you are trying to squeeze all you can out of a 70mm wheel.

kind of off topic but i have the s 300 (r-85) would i be able to upgrade to the larger compressor wheel or would it be to much of a hassel? the turbo itself sits very close to the frame rail/ inner fender not alot of wiggle room for the turbo so a larger compressor houseing wont fit unless they machine the inside of my housing to fit the larger wheel hows it work?

A 66mm compressor wheel will fit your compressor cover. Any bigger than that and you will have to get the bigger cover.

Well, not the Corolla. I scrapped that project last weekend. This will be for the new car (13B). It's currently got a S361 but I'm selling that in favor for a S475.

Are these the specs you're talking about ? I spoke with a few guys from Puerto Rico and they said this is what they're using, 13B-RX3 is using this too.

Turbo Specs:
Compressor Wheel Inducer - 75mm
Compressor wheel Exducer - 102mm
Turbine Wheel Inducer - 87
Turbine Wheel Exducer - 96
Turbine Outlet -5 inch V-Band
Turbine Inlet - T6
Turbine A/R - 1.32
Weight - 46 lbs
Horsepower Rating - 450-1000

Pretty much, those will work. There are a few ways around it but those are very workable.

It is actually very simple. Just google DIY gas turbine. Most people run them on propane because it is easy to tune but diesel gets by far the best results.

Not to be too far off the subject. I have had a GT42 and a S475 and i like the 475 more.
