Borg Warner s360 dyno 414whp/341ftlbs

Had the car on the dyno today to see what the new setup would pull. Only did two pulls, first pull was in third gear to make sure everything was good to go and then fourth right after.

Setup

Streetport s4 with thick castings, als apex seals rebuilt by Rotary Resurrection
Rtek 2.1
HKS cast mani
Borg Warner S360 .88 turbo
Tial 38mm wastegate
Greddy FMIC
FIC 1150's and Greddy 720cc injectors
rewired Walbro 255
Aeromotive fpr
BUR9EQ's all around
Jacobs FC1000 ignition on leading coil
MSD wires
3 inch downpipe to 2 1/4 duals
Greddy profec boost controller
PLX M300 wideband

Logs show 15.8psi for boost. Injector duty cycles got above 90% only after 6900rpm

Definitely will be updating my sig soon.

The car feels great on the street and I should be hitting the track soon to see what I can pull.

Video of the car on the dyno thanks to Jermsboo.

This is awesome man!
I'm putting an s366 .91a/r on my car whenever I get the time this winter. We'll see how long my S5 N/A block lasts. I am shooting for 400whp as well.

Are you planing on upgrading the injectors and fuel pump?

No plans to upgrade the injectors right now and the fuel pump seems to be holding pressure. I'll have to watch my fuel pressure gauge more closely or take a vid to be sure. I'm about maxed on injectors since I'm on the Rtek. I'm happy where the power is at. The car spins 1, 2, and on the verge of spinning 3rd on high boost so I usually drive around in low (10-11psi).

Picked up the turbo form theboostlab.com and I had them polish the compressor housing, weld on the proper 3" vband and it came with some oil fittings and gaskets.

I had to extend my downpipe because it was like a 1/4 inch to short for some reason. I wanted to use the vband flange that came with the turbo anyways. It has a bevel in it to help seal.

Vid is only third gear and you can see smoke from either the wheels spinning on the dyno or tire rub on the fender. It was a little wet out.
