boost dropped from 12 to 6

whats up guys
i have a 93 with a street port, t70, power fc, 850 primary's and 1200 secondaries. Out of no where today it just lost the boost pressure. This morning everything was fine. When i came home from work it was ok. Then i went to get it inspected and it was at 6lbs of boost and i was like why would it be limited. It runs good and i let it cool down 2 minutes after every drive and i let her warm up for 3-5 minutes before i even drive it. i thought maybe there is some protect mode in the fc if theres not enough fuel it will lower the boost so it wont starve for gas, So after inspection i filled it up and got nothing the pressure didn't go up at all. So im stumped and im hoping someone will have an idea as to why she would do that. Could a bov ever get stuck open and let pressure out when its not supposed to?
thanks
mike

Did you check all the piping and vacuum hoses? You might have blown something loose and caused a leak. Since you have a PFC and you are running on MAP, the car will still drive like normal.
And I have seen BOVs crack open at idle. So it would be a good place to start.

Well i found it the turbo blew the inter cooler pipe right off lol it was just sitting on top of the turbo outlet. So when i loosened up the clamp (which was turnable with your fingers ) So i took off the pipe and noticed that there was a black rubber piece on the turbo outlet i took that off put it back together and tightened every hose clamp. now its back to regular
