BNR Stage 4 questions

i am realy interested in purchasing a BNR Stage4 i know they do the internal wastegate porting, but i would like to get a new Turbo Manifold w/ an external wastegate, would i be able to use a external waste gate with the BNR Stage4 w/ the internal wastegate?

first there would be no need, but if you just want the external so that you can be loud, and dump to the deck, then go and get a full turbine kit vice trying to cobble together some oddball combination.

you would not gain anything substanial by haveing an external, and their is no reason to go out spend money on a custom manifold and wastegate setup to match the stock center cartridges.

You can use an extrnal wastegate, but you'll need to modify the stock exhaust manifold and then block off the internal wastegate. Theres some pics of one done in the 2nd gen section. It should be within a post of about a month or so ago. IMO theres no need to do it. Brian ports the internal wastegate about 41mm in which about 38mm is used. If your looking for more boost then the 38mm wastegate can control, you'll be looking at something bigger then a BNR stage 4 turbo.
