block off plates?
im not sure on which kind of plates i need are they the--- acv, split air,aws pipe,aws solenoid,egr valve,isc/bac solenoid,and double throttle--do i need all to convert to single turbo or do i need more?

You dont neccicarily need all of them to do the single but it cleans things up very nicely. There are lots of posts on this.

yes that is everything but you need a BOP for the oil return line on the back of the engine kgparts.com sells them. why am i even telling you this all well
