Block-off kit.....

I am going single turbo and I have heard that I will need sometype of block-off kit.... Can anypne help me out??

I actually have the block off plates already, but some how i dont know the "Split Air Valve" plate for ? Does some one block the Oil meter pump ?

I can figure it out the rest of them , but just Split Air Valve i dont know where is it goes.

it goes on the LIM facing the firewall but i believe the 93 LIM it faces the passenger side fender
