Blitz SS vs. DD?

Ive seen people say theyre running the Blitz SS BOV and the Blitz DD BOV. Are they the same? Ive heard the the Blitz DD means Dual Drive and the SS is "super sound"... but even when i google it, I cant find a store or anyone that sells the SS... only the DD.... even on Blitz's site, theres only a DD.

on ebay i found a sale of a Blitz SS..
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BLITZ...spagenameZWDVW

in this ebay sale... the title is for a Blitz DD... but the box says "Super Sound" which im guessing is "SS"?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BLITZ...spagenameZWD1V

The distinct Blitz SS compressor surge sound is sex to my ears. And it looks like the SS has a trumpet type attachment, which i cant find anywhere for the DD.

Basically... what are the differences of the Blitz SS and DD? are there any differences? did the DD replace the SS? were there any changes?

Thanks

I think SS and DD are the same thing. Look at the box, it says Super Sound, and it also says DD in blue.

Don't use the SS one.
It's a piece of ****.
I wouldn't even use the DD one.
There's a lot of better options out there.

I have two T-II's, one of them is running an SS, the other a DD. Both have been great BOV's for the entire time that I've had them, and I've never heard even a slight compressor surge with either one. I notice that the DD will make noise with a lot less throttle than the SS will, but overall I prefer the sound of the SS; it's a little sharper than the DD (albeit quieter).

I dont really like the high pitched sound... more like the "whoooshhh" "pssshhhh" sound.

But i dono... all the SS's ive heard/driven have always either been really tightned or just come that way.

Anyone know where i can get a SS?.... anyone selling theres?

i used to have the blitz when i was running stock twins and i liked it, but when i went single, with the GT4088, the TiAL sounds really mean, i like how it flutters under a little bit of boost and really rips open under a bit more. The blitz was basically loud all the time.
