best apex seals for boost?

You guys saying stock and aktins seals are the best...are you forgetting about Ianetti ceramic seals? Those are supposedly the best seals available I beleive, without a doubt superior to the stock seals (as good as they are). Not only do they hold up better under detonation (a lot better), the ceramics glide over the rotor housing with less friction than the stock seals and are ideal for 6-10k rpm I beleive, less "floating".

ohh, also less rotational mass.

Actually, we forgot about them on purpose Just thinking about the price makes me faint. But yeah, those are definitely nice seals.

could someone please explain the advantage of having a 2pc seal over a 3pc?

Im very happy with the ianettis I have. They saved my motor from xs fumbling hands. thank god.

I use the ceramic one piece 3mm set. they are built to withstand abuse at high boost and high rpms.

they are definitley safer come tuning time...not foolproof...but safer.

god save your soul should you break one of them though.

A 2-pc can handle a little more power and a few pings better, but a 3-pc seal does a better job at sealing.

and what about a 1 piece? do you know why a 2 or 3-pc seals better?
