anyone run a 10 under 20psi

just wondering if that was possible. I,ve seen a stock twins that make a max of 380 hps and run an 11.4 and a t78 fd had 487 hps and ran the same time????

The fastest stock twin stock engine car ran a 10.9 with 17 psi and race gas.

so would it make sence to get a smaller turbo if i were to go single so spool up time would be minimal. maybe a hks to4e or a gt 30 with a .82 turbine housing? its seems that the tt setup has almost no lag compared to a single setup, would that be the reason for it making the et as opposed to a car that has 100 more hps than it. in my opion I would think that a t78 would be a bit much for a dialy driver

Well, I would consider two things. One those guys running in the 11's and that 10.9 are not running sequential, so there is some lag involved even though they are twins they are functioning as a single.
Second, there may be some driver error involved in the comparrison. My car has been making 425RWHP for some time now with a single, but I am just now beginning to get my times down. A good driver in my car could run better times.
So what one guy, or a few guys did with twins is not a good comparrison. Generally the twins are running the much worse times of the two. Its much more typical to see a guy with a T78 running 10's than a guy with twins. Does that make sense?

I've seen numerous 10sec cars running under 20psi of boost. The last one was Tony from T and R, about a month ago at Atco he ran a 10.8 or a 10.9 on 18psi. No one believed him so we checked the datalogs ourself lol.

He also cut a 1.5 60ft time.

what car was this??
Anthony NYC has run the quickest time for a FD with stock twins.

that time was 11.0, and it was a ported motor.
i dont think anybody could run a 10.9 on stock turbos AND A STOCK MOTOR???!!! was that a typo in your post or what? and only 17psi? no ******* way
