has anybody modified there t-78?? Im talking about using different wheels ect... What numbers did you make??

 

Gordon Monsen did...not sure of the extent of the mods though.

 

the only reason people modify the wheel is because their turbo is damaged and they need it fixed.....

 

Michel and Jason both modifed their wheels. I am hearing that this gives the potential for another 150HP. I have not seen or tuned one of these...yet. Soon.

I hear from Rob @ Pineapple he has a customer/friend who is running a daily driver with 635RWHP with a T78 (modified I remember) one of his ported engines.

 

Damn! 635hp at what boost level? I need to modify my t-78 to produce like that

 

635rwhp, was that at around 30psi??? I dont want to run that much boost. 25 is enough for me. My turbo needs a exhuast wheel so im thinking about upgrading other things on turbo. NEVER BUY A USED TURBO!!! plain and simple.. anyways, Right now im concerned about pump gas. I want to make around 435-440 at 15 psi. anybody know if thats possible with decent afr???
