It doesn't sound like it's a real T70...
Those Made-in-China crap doesn't count.
I'm talking about a Turbonetics T70 or equivalent?

good turbo! will make for awesome top end and depending on the port doesn't spool up that slow.

i rocked a real T70 for a while and loved it but ended up going even bigger!

Take off that screen on the compressor inlet - that's choking the turbo down.

That screen is a BIGGER restriction then even cheap store bought generic "cone filters". The turbine looks good, but I'd take a real close look at the compressor wheel. I've rebuilt a LOT of turbo's and have seen first hand how not running a filter can eat the blades of a compressor wheel. It's simply STUPID to not run a filter, even full race unless you can replace the turbo frequently. Get the rest of the specs on it too, like turbine trim, turbine A/R numbers for all the housings etc.

Don't waste your time on a used Turbo

Just break down and by a new Turbo. Buying used turbo chargers is always a bad idea. If your serious about making power don't buy someone else's headache.

Good Luck
