another is this turbo good for thread

ok ive been doin som research and basicly is this turbo good for 375 rwhp

COMPRESSOR SPECS:T04S

flow: 61 lbs/min 781cfm

.70 A/R HOUSING

60 TRIM WHEEL

TURBINE SPECS:T4

.84 A/R TANGENTILE HOUSING


or would the .96 a/r be a better choice

.84 might be too restrictive. .96 is what I'd go with, assuming stock porting. are you streetported? i'd go even higher than .96 if you do.

It's a good turbo. Can put you over 400rwhp easily, but you'll have to go standalone with a badass fuel system for 500rwhp. You don't need a .96 a/r, .84 a/r spool quicker, but you won't get as good on the top end. But, unless you are seriously looking for over 600rwhp I wouldn't recomment a .96 a/r, I see it kind of pointless, since there are several cars over 500rwhp with an .84 a/r rear.

what about with a .70 exhaust anyone making big power there? im wondering if I have to switch mine out

that's the exact same turbo I purchased for my setup, with a 13b-re on a stock port. I think it'll be good for pickup, since I'm using a log-style exhaust manifold.
