custom made intercoolers flow better than all of the name brand 'kits' some of you guys with "name branditis" should come downunder to see how much name brand stuff you can find on the real performance cars

superior intercooler
you DEFINATELY want the Williams intercooler it is badass!!! of course since i created it i guess i too am a little biased! seriously though one main advantage is that you dont have to relocate the radiator and your A/C will work normally, and best of all it is custom made for you!

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
the GReddy 3 row is nice, but you need a new front bumper (i.e, C-West) to get the most out of it. the mouth in the stock bumper is not big enough to feed that huge IC, IMO.
i like the Apex GT FMIC. you can run it with stock twins, then you can go single with no problems. (look at XS. they just ran a 10.60 using this same IC). the only downside i see of the Apex is that it doesnt look as cool as the GReddy, mainly casue its not polished and its not up all in your face.
my .02.

Noone has brought up the fact that the Greddy intercooler doesn't have the greatest track record for lasting and looking very good. From my own personal knowledge on the imports that we've done turbo kits for and were daily driver's.....the Greddy got banged up real easy. The Apexi seemed to hold up alot better for daily driving and there was less of a pressure drop to boot.

The Apexi GT spec Intercooler is pretty huge. In fact I think the over all specs are larger than the Greddy. The Greddy may fill up the mouth of your FD but it's like 2 inches thick. The Apexi core is about 5 inches thick, and about the same lengh and height. Besides, you have to cut into your bumper to get the Greddy to fit. Get the Greddy if you want the added look, and the Apexi if your looking for power. Carl...
