A/R numbers are irrelevant without knowing the turbo trim and family size (EX: T04E 60 trim, which would be a T4 family) or at the very least, major and minor diameters of both the turbine and compressor wheels. 1.0 A/R T25 is NO WERE near the size of a 1.0 A/R T4 size turbine housing.

Someones shopping on eBay for a turbo.................

You can either afford to buy something quality once, or buy something cheap and shitty twice, your decision. The single turbo section has great info if your in the market for a turbo. If your on a tight budget, rebuild your stocker and convert it to a hybrid, or pay a reputable shop to do it for you. Mind you, as with any engine mods that changes flow characteristics, you'll need to add fuel and a way to control it.
