Yes, it was 710 RWHP. There's actually a video of the dyno run on the web.

You can actually buy the video, its option's rx7 special, it has the scoot car trying to brake 200mph on a public road in New Zealand, and it does, i think it was 326kph which is over 200, anyway, it was 710hp on the dyno, plus there are alot of other kewl rx7's on the video, like re amimiya's super g rx7, NICE

Did you know that they use a Power FC on the SCOOT car. It's in the new Option Magazine. There is a bunch of dyno sheets on shop cars in Japan. The SCOOT car made 597ps on 1.7kg of boost.

I've heard that too.
Too bad the PFC support sucks *** in North America.
I'm going single and am kinda torn on whether i should keep the PFC or go haltech...
If I had known all the garbage i'd have to deal with regarding the PFC i don't think i would have bought it in the first place.

If you want to run more than 17.5 PSI and can't get the boost control unit you're better off with the Haltech.

I convert the option RX-7 video to VCD. You can play it with media player. It's in the AVI format. Let me know if you want a copy.

Post the VCD to a newsgroup or ftp site for us :-)
I think I read that the SCOOT engine used partial peripheral ports with some crazy custom manifold.
