what manifold, what wastegate? boost controller? I would recommend a standalone system instead of the piggyback. There is alot then just throwing on a larger turbo

60-1 Turbo with lines
HKS Cast manifold
HKS 40 or 50mm wastegate
Exhaust
Fuel pump ( winebro should be fine )
1600 cc secondaries
550 primaries
or 550 and 1000
Frount mount intercooler
FPR
new stock fuel filter
new plug wires
new wires preferably 9s all around
and a standalone ( Haltech, power FC, Microtech etc )

Just some stuff of of my head .

I highly recommend against the S-AFC. You won't be able to properly tune the engine unless you're using a standalone like what FC3S.USD has commented on.

Like everything else, all of this strictly depends upon what (realistic) power goals you've got for the car. Figure that out then the rest can fall into place with respect to what kind of hardware that needs to be purchased and used. It's all one system with many parts -- build it properly from the get-go.

Iam looking for high 200's maybe 300 nothin spectacular just a good street car. With safc i plan on running it pig rich until haltech or microtech. I was gonna try and keep the stock i/c but do i really need a turbo this large to make these ##'s?

an rtek 2.0 would probably work better than an s-afc.
i honestly dont like s-afc's at all, theyre hokey.

but save your pennies for a real standalone and dont blow up your motor by putting **** together w/out the supporting mods.
my friends bone stock jspec BT did 340rwhp@14psi and 398rwhp@19psi
this was w/ a haltech and 3" open exhaust and all the goodies, but just shows you that a 60-1 will make way more horsepower than what you're putting together can support.

I don't think they're much more than an upgraded Piggy Back unit. You can find used PFC's on the board for around 6-700 bucks if you're on a budget. At a minimum this what you'll want to use.

that sucks that you can't tune it yourself though... you would have to take it to Jotech everytime you wanted to retune.

well if this is the power range you're looking to get, I'd look into BNR upgrades.

I would try a Synapse wastegate instead of an HKS one and never heard of a winebro FP

what ports are you going to be running? I used to have a 1.15 wiht a good street port. Not bad a little laggy, but good. I'm now running a .96 and like it waaay better.

Additional injectors were fashionable back in the Regan administration. There's no need to add that level of complexity to the car, just run bigger injectors.

Man...For a few hundred more bucks (At most) you could have just gotten some 1300's or 1680 cc injectors and a PFC.
But thats cool! Congratulations though. You'll have fun with it I'm sure.
