60-1 HiFi turbo being lazy

yesterday i finally got a chance to out my car on the dyno and have it tuned, mod as follow :

60-1 HiFi a/r should be 1.15
HKS cast manifold
Tial 46mm WG (10psi)
Tial 50mm BOV (11psi spring)
FD UIM/TB, greddy elbow, FMIC. 3" exhaust w/ flowmaster welded.
Microtech LT8
Huge street port, 3mm apex seal, 9.4:1 rotor, racing bearings. Koyo Rad.
850cc primary/1600cc secondary, SX pump, Aeromotive FPR

first time it got on the dyno it was making around 200hp @ 5.5k, and after a little tuning it made 231 @5.5k rpm 10psi , another couple pulls it went down to 191 hp and it was only at 6psi.
i was looking around and there found out and intercooler piping popped.
fixed that, test it on the street a little and get it ready for the dyno 2nd day.
when i was testing it i m pretty sure it says 10psi @ 5k on 2nd gear with the "low" and also with the boost controller off. but the first dyno pull it was not making anything more than 6psi on the "low" setting. so the tuner switch it to high and see if boost comes on. that pull got up to 16psi @ 6k and it was only making 248 hp to be exact
and with my setup i should be making boost WAY earlier than that.
i know there are still some minor leaks here and there that i m fixing, but as far as i know my set up should be making at least 350hp @16psi

any suggestions guys ?

btw rey if you see this thread could u post pics that u took for my engine bay
my computer is not working right

I got pics at home, I have to load them up. I think your boost leak really prevented you from hitting over 350. You have enough to get there man. Are you hitting the dyno today again? Did Jose find the boost leak?

You're making more power man it's just that boost leak. You should be good to close to 400 when it's fixed.
