I did just buy a fuel rail with 1680 cc for secondarys and I thought I could put the 850cc in the primary, but it is not a perfect fit. Is it ok to use the 550cc and the 1680cc for a HKS T51R kai and aprox. 450 hp..??

Will a walbro - no.

That pump is going to max out around 400hp.

I run a cosmo TT pump which flows a bit more than a walbro. I had 850 (cleaned and tested at 874cc, and 1680cc injectors)

I maxed out my pump around 430hp. My injector duty was hitting 100% at 19psi but I was also spraying methanol...

If you want 450hp, add another walbro and you'll be good for tons of HP. But 450hp on a single walbro is pushing it.. the KAI just requires too much air/fuel to boost.

I am in the process of throwing in another pump, and both are wired for 12vdc. I'm expecting over 600hp on my next tune.

550/1680cc should be fine for 450hp.

LOL - you go ahead and laugh... haha... by the time I get there, you'll either have:

1.) Blown your motor
2.) Made 700hp
3.) Did both

Anyway, I'll make the power.. especially if I have the methanol come on at 20psi and cool down that intake charge, w00t.
