Man, I'm getting mail from other people and the email notices about this thread are coming through on the first address that I gave you.

Maybe your email people don't allow large uploads or sumthin. You might have to try to send smaller attachments. What size attachment are you trying to send to me? I know that I can get any size attachments.

The complete article can be found at: http://brfoundation.com/RX-7/ by looking in the right-hand column for "Rampage Miata Article".

Check the right-hand column for "Rampage Miata Article"

its funny, T&R is making more than that much power without NOS with turbonetics turbos alone =]

According to the article, they have plans for N2O. They don't have it now.

It's kinda funny!
They claimed 532rwhp at 22psi with a TO4s turbo on a 13B!!
Sure has a lot of torque for only 22psi at 6200rpm.
Also what happened to the power between 6800 and 8000 rpm? It lost like 180RWHP !!!!!
It probably was like at 22psi around 8000 rpm and 30 psi at 6000rpm
My Miata ran 11.22@124mph with only 365Rwhp at 14psi with a 60-1 TO4S turbo.

Crispeed,
If you are right then without the 100shot it would make 432rwhp, correct? Isn't that still pretty good for a T04S? Comparable to a T78?

At the end of the article, it says that there are PLANS for a 100 hp N2O system. Did I miss somewhere in the article that they are already running N2O?

BTW, I know that many people call it NOS but, that's really a manufacturers name, Nitrous Oxide Systems. The stuff is N2O .

Mike,
You're right, it says they have "plans" for a 100shot of N20, but I was considering a hypothetical scenario(if they already had it, and used it on that dyno graph). It would still make plenty of power with just the T04S though. Then again maybe they didn't use the N20 for the graph and instead had the turbo at 30psi(like Crispeed said). How would we know? Well, I guess we'll have to take it for what it's worth.

Now I'm lost!
What does a T-78 have to do with this topic?
I think I missed something!

What I meant was doesn't a T78 put out a similar amount of HP at the same psi? It has nothing to do with the topic but I know it's a standard by which "most" people compare to get an idea of power figures. I guess I just got carried away and wanted to start some kind of war. J/K. I'll be quiet now.<<sits down in corner>>

It's called Nitrous Oxide. NOS (the company) seems to now be owned by Holley. Holley does not own N2O .

My first and only N2O system was on my 1971 Mach 1 Mustang in early 1980. I ran the bottle dry in one day, never refilled and then sold it.

There are too many factors involve when comparing turbos.
The only way to truly compare turbos would be under a very controlled enviroment.

Would you folks like for me to now remove the photos from this thread so that the page will load faster? I sure would like to take them down.

There's a page at http://brfoundation.com/RX-7/ that has the photos. Look in the right hand column for "Rampage Miata Article".

I thought it was two parts nitrogen with one part oxygen or one part nitrogen with two parts oxygen with some sulphur thrown in so that dumm asses would not inhale it
