how is the fitment of the Seibon hood? I'm thinking about picking that same hood up.

I noticed you also removed the mesh. Any thoughts on that?

I'm also curious about the front bumper. How much body work (if any) is required to get it to sit flush? What brand and how much?

Thanks,
Ian

The hood and the trunk are seibon and the fitment is first class. The removal of the mesh makes the car look a lot cleaner I took the mesh out because I like how it looked on Tony Kannan's M3. The front pumper I got from a friend who happen to have an old Mazdaspeed unit at his shop.

Thank you guys for taking the time to read my post. Here are the photos of the hatch that was requested. From what I can tell all the stock mounting holes are there except for the washer nozzle hole, and wiper blade hole. My ca did not come with either of

That looks like some quality craftsmanship, also answers my question about reinstalling the interior trim to it. Your car is awesome, I have a build thread in the nw section if you're interested.

*I got the mufflers from my engineer.
*He ordered them from some Magnaflow dealer.
*The piping and v-bands came from Burns Stainless, it's all 304L, "L" indicates the low carbon composition of the metal.
*Running a 4" system would be beneficial b/c the turbo is allowed to breath a lot easier so you would make more power.
*I just found out that I have to go out of town the weekend of the BBQ. I'm sorry I can't attend.
* Yes my engineer is located around the corner from Tamiami Air Port. He work by appointments only in a private facility. Please pm me your phone number and I'll past it on to him. This guy is very detailed, more detail than my Senior Drill Instructor from the Marines.

Thank you for taking the time to review. The clean under carriage is a result of me having too much time on my hands. I plan to clean the suspension part next with some EASY OFF oven cleaner in near future and then coat them with Pledge. This is an old detailing trick that my friend does.

Hello All,
Since I'm waiting for the coveted CJ Motorsports dual fuel pump assembly, I thought I would visit my engineering friend and lend a 3rd hand when needed. Remember that EVO form page 1 of the thread, well it back at my friend shop again for the single turbo upgrade, intercooler, and lager intake plenum with venturies. I sorry if it seem to be off topic but since I have not received my fuel pump assembly I thought I would learn a few things from my friend in the free time that I have. Here are some photos and a video from my palm phone.

It has come to my attention that a lot of us are going single and removing the air pump. Well I would like to share that once the air pump is removed the water pump pulley suffers from lack of belt contact hence the overheating. It is important to fabricate or buy an idler pulley so that you will have more belt lab on the water pump pulley. If you take your hand and you are able to turn the water pump pulley by hand b/c you lack of belt contact area. Please note the difference.

The solution!
