Thanks for the link! But i'm still a little confused, did he get his sleeves frin KG also? I'll be running 1680s for primaries so I won't see the same issue damien had with his 850s not being long enough for the oring to show and seal. And I'd like to do it without chopping up my diffusers

The o-rings look good but can also cause a leak i went with the kg and used a little silicone sealer on the outside of the ring and two years and no problems! But you need to go with what you want.

You are running yours without hacking the primary diffusers right? And are also running top feed 850s for primaries? My secondairy rail and injectors I purchased from rx7store.come came with sleeves and they worked fine with no leaks. I may end up trying something like yours with the silicone sense it seems to be working just fine on your shorter 850s. I'll contact keith and see what he says. Thanks for the input !

You don't need those. Install the pintle cap from an 89-91 Rx-7:

and then I believe you use the factory 93 injector grommet at the bottom. On my 2nd gen I used the 86-91 lower grommet.

I'll chime in since you found my site.

No, I did not get these from KG. I made a set for myself, then for a few others and before you know it everyone wanted them. No one else was making them available. I sold a few hundred to Jason (rx7store) to put with the KG equipment that he was selling and I imagine that's when Keith began to make his own.

What damian didn't realize is that if anything, the ones that he had may have been a little long. They don't need to be any longer than the width of an o-ring, plus a little. In this picture (the one that he called the "good" one) the o-ring won't actually seat on the little shelf in the LIM like they should.

Well, that's my $.02.
