13b vs 20b

I was thinking about taking a 13b and trying to make a 220 MPH viechle but i need for the engine to at least have 650hp=9 second car. Do you any of you think that a 13b can do at least 700HP=9 second car. I was thinking of using a T88 because the car already has 430hp on stock twins. If anybody think this is possible let me know. Reason is that i have a 6ix speed from the RX-8 on a 13b engine. and i dont want to go with the 20b because i spent so much on the 13b already.

Thanks for looking

Havent seen the video of the Racingbeat car flipping at 200+ MPH? Your going to need some modifications to the body to safely hit those speeds and it still wont be safe. RX-8 transmission on a 3rd gen? Right...

Gotta love kids who think that we'll believe anything they tell us! Go away noob!! Or at least learn not to lie to the people who you want advice from.

Even with the BNR stage 3 twins you can't pull 430 so I know that you can't even dream of a number like that on stock twins.

Darkphantom, I will give you a chance. Anyone familiar with RX-7's, or general car logic in general for that matter, can easily see through the childish stories you have posted. Yet, I did mention that I would give you a chance, and here it is: Reply in both threads the honest truth about your car situation, and the original intent of asking the question. If you can do this, and step up to the plate accordingly, do not worry about being ridiculed for I will not allow that either. But, I do think it is important that you expose yourself honestly, take in any public humiliation you have already received, and then get a proper answer to your question. If you do not do this, I will remove all your posting privileges to the forum.

A pic of what happens when you hit 29psi on stock twins would NOT be worthless.

29psi on the stockers huh? Wow, can you shift mad quick yo??

And Red RX-7 does have a good point. Man up, quit talking out of your ***, and then ask the real question you wanted to know the answer to.

Cut him some slack guys, it's a normal newbie thing to do. Btw, if he could hit 200mph+, he'd be that much closer to discovering "Darwin's law". That my friends, would be doing us all a favor. No?

This is fine, and it will be open to discussion. But, I am asking you to be honest on your vehicle situation. You must understand, what you mentioned was easily observed as being a fabrication. There is no need to lie on the forum to obtain the information you are seeking; regardless of the practicality of you ever doing it. Information is just that, but having everyone engage in a conversation built upon lies, is a waste of time. See my point? So I want you to pony up and tell the truth, and then I will even participate in this discussion for you.

Again, once you state what I have asked you, I will elaborate further into answering your question. I am not letting you out easy on this one, and will not give you another chance. State the truth about your car situation, and the discussion will remain open.

There are two reasons for me requesting you to do this:

1) To show that you can be a man, and own up to the fact you were caught in a lie.
2) While answering what your real car situation is, it assists us in determining your real knowledge of the car; thus helps in technical discussions.

Keep this in mind before your next post.

Ok, well since he has told the truth... Yes a T88H from Greddy can propel a 13b into the 9's. I believe the Rx7.com car uses this turbo and they are well into the 9's. Of course, the biggest turbo in the world will get you no where without other appropriate mods and tuning.
