TX 13B-RE manifold vacuum port questions

i am running a cosmo manifold and was wondering which vacuum ports do i use to run. what i need to run vacuum to are blow off valve, fuel regulator, boost controller, ecu, and boost gage. I use the large port on the LIM for the brake booster, but all the little ones i need to know which one to cap off and which ones to use where. the manifold also has a large port on the UIM on one of the primary runners right on the bottom of the top curve. if anyone has any suggestions let me know. i have never used one of these manifolds and i cant find any info on them online. thanks

Cap all of them except the large one on the LIM and UIM. You will use the LIM as manifold pressure. And leave the other one on the UIM for Intake Air Temp sensor. To save yourself a headache, buy a 5-port vaccuum manifold. Go from your LIM to 1/4 npt port and run your MAP, BOV, Boost Controller, ETC......from the 1/8 ports.

My first questiom was in regards to which vacuum ports to use on these manifolds, but i got that sorted out after finding out where each port is routed. The second question was if anyone has the Air intake temp sensor for these manifolds. U got one?

The haltech ones wont fit and neither will the FD sensor. I have the fd one but the manifold has a flat edge that wont let it thread all the way down. The haltech ones are too big at 14x1.25, manifold is 10x1.25. This is one of those vehicle specific things mazda did apparently.

Well that sucks how about a second gen version will it fit?

If all else fails you may have to re-thread the manifold, but lets hope not.

Had to use the 2nd gen one in the elbow. I ended up plugging the hole. Didnt have much of a choice! Im still looking for a connector for the fd one though so i can splice it into the microtech harness.

i ordered the wannapseed.com sensor but it's still going in the elbow. its a lot easier that way.

actually putting the manifold on the FD block was no big deal, just lot of careful porting to match up the runners. especially at the bottom part of the curve on each oval. other than that is was straight forward. the only issue i have now is making a throttle cable bracket....its gonna be a long weekend with many beers helping the thought process.
