10.83 @ 126.65 on pump gas and Nittos :-)

Hi guys,

Went to Etownraceway for Drag Wars and made 3 passes on Nitto drag radials and pump gas......

1st pass:
60ft= 1.78
330= 4.747
1/8= 7.165 @ 100.83
1000= 9.275
1/4 = 11.037 @126.20 mph

2nd run:
60ft= 1.754 *almost missed 2nd gear*
330= 4.839
1/8= 7.278 @ 101.36
1000= 9.392
1/4 = 11.150 @128.36 mph

3rd run:
60ft= 1.608
330= 4.563
1/8= 6.982 @ 101.09
1000= 9.083
1/4 = 10.839 @126.65 mph

Done with a T70 w.96 A/R and 18-19psi on Sunoco 94 gas and Nittos drag radials.
May go back to my T64 turbo...more efficient at >20psi.

JD

NIce 60'fts on those nitto drag radials! its alomost the same as a et street/slick. Do you have upgraded launch suspension to benifit this or a rev /launch control system?

Do anything different in the 3rd pass? The numbers are way better all around. Anything change technique wise?

Thanks everyone :-)
Car has full interior...oem leather seats, carpet, Kenwood radio....labtop for logs:-)
I actually weighted the car....w/ myself ===> 2910lbs

1st pass: was at 17-18psi.....did not get a clean launch.
2nd pass: I really goofed launching and car.... fell on its face and that T70 took some time to spool up....it would have been a awesome run.
3rd pass: I rode the clutch a bit and it was a perfect launch.....then I got too excited and almost missed 4th !!!!

suspension: H&R springs w/ Tokico Illuminas....
