GB: Bi-xenon HID PROJECTOR - SakeBomb Garage
Did you swap the metal tab out from your stock housing? The Sonar tab is mighty flimsy, it bent way back when I hooked the spring to it - check my install notes above.

i seen the notes, dale thanks, but my passenger side seems fine and hasnt bent, but the driver side was to close to even attach the spring. thats why i tried to bend it.. wish i knew to take it off before i tried........ warning to all who might try
That sucks man. I don't know about you guys but mine came with the screws only partially tightened - regardless of which brackets you use, definitely tighten the screws or you're asking for damage like this to happen. Wish I could help you on the housing but I bet some form of epoxy will solve your problems. I suppose in the worst case scenario you'd have to make another bracket with some more surface area and glue that directly to the housing.
Turned out beautiful. Thanks for putting such a nice kit together. Definitely a job that would only take half the time the second time around! It takes lots of time just figuring things out. One of the green ended weather connectors took almost an hour to get to work without damaging it!
Thanks again.

Possibly. They are a ton of work to make but that aside.... we have to order housings in batches of MINIMUM 24. This means that for us to run another GB on them we need at least 24 people committed before going ahead with it.
If you want to get another GB list going I'm not opposed, but realize that there are a few constraints. The price will also be somewhat higher (im estimating $840) as the housings are significantly more expensive to source now, and the reality of the time it takes to make each one has set in. We are also dropping the "OEM" option to simplify things as the Greddy ballasts have worked out very well.
Long story short... if you guys want to try and get another GB going you can start a new list (Please start at 1. so we don't confuse it with the current list. If it looks like there will be enough people to do another one we will migrate to a new thread eventually (though there is a lot of useful information in this thread
).

Yes, we just shipped two RHD units, and are building 3 more (all are paid for). The price is the same as LHD, just mention you want RHD in the GB list. As I said a few posts up, if there are enough people interested we would consider running another GB but we need a minimum of 24. If you are interested please start a new list.
