Everything got done as I hoped it would. I was a bit hesitant in my first year of owning the car but regret not going sooner to Kilo.
I have absolutely zero oil leaks. Hooray!!! I hope to not replace the Oil mixing pump lines ever again. Though, I took advantage of the situation being that the motor was being pulled for multiple things.
Today I installed the Hks twin power and man does it go through the power band ultra smooth. I couldn't believe it. The motor felt effortless. (could be that new harness too)
So the boost is not where I'd like it to be. It doesn't drop to 3 psi like it used to before I took it to Kilo Racing. It drops at 8psi where it should and climbs back up to .67bar
I tried to manipulate the PFC with boost levels between the turbos and percentages but I couldn't get it to .8bar
I kept blowing off couplers every time I took the car out to day on the exhaust intake side.
We'll some pictures after 7 weeks of diagnosing, ordering, and performing on the car.
The '99 spec goodness looks awesome in MB with the fog lights and all, I think it's convinced me to go that way in the future. You still rocking the one oil cooler?
I discovered a leak and was confirmed it was a coolant leak on top of my drivers side motor mount. I suppose it's time to replace the heater core line that has a plastic fitting
Thank you Matt and Goodfellas for the advice and navigation to fix the install. I ran to the store to get some new hardware and its much shorter in length.
That is indeed correct. The length of the bolt was my only gripe with the install of these mounts. I feel it could definitely bare to be a bit shorter. A self locking nut only requires two threads to be shown through the nut to be a tight lock. This has way more than that. While installing the nut on top and the bolt head on bottom is a viable option, I would prefer to install it from the top so gravity would retain the bolt in the event the nut falls off (though very unlikely)
I total agree with the bolt being slot down from the top end of the mount. Like you said, gravity will at least keep the mount together. I got a 3/8 bolt by 3 inches I believe at lowes with new lock but washers. I wasn't sure how much torque or how many threads were enough to make sure everything's tighten correctly wince I'll be throwing the car around in autocross.
I changed out the plastic fitting going into the housing that twists itself to the heater core line running on the back side of the firewall. I believe that was the cause of the leak. I also replaced the 90* elbow hose from the bottom of the throttle body as well for good faith. I also burped the radiator system and added more coolant.

So good news, the car is boosting properly all the way to red line. I'm thrilled to have a working stock sequential system as I've wanted and I really do appreciate to those who physically worked on the car and had advised me in the effort of helping out to the common goal. I now need to enjoy and drive this car for a while before any other upgrades.
