I will send in my deposit whenever you say we can start sending them to you.

Will you have local pick ups?

Fill in the holes, if they are for a tow hook, whoever orders them can trim it them selves. I currently have an order with you, will this fit in the box to be shipped together?

Ken,

I would get rid of the hole for the tow hooks and if someone wants to put one, they could drill the hole themselves.. Thats one thing I didnt quite like about mine.. It took me 4-5 hours just touching the edges so it would fit without gaps.

And also what is the chance of you making this in CF?? I'll be impressed if you could do it! Mad skills for the guy who's going to make it in CF!

Shipping will be $100 by the way. Our box is 72x33x12

personally id like to see the holes filled in, as its easy enough to take a dremel an make a hole for the tow hook.

is the material going to be a standard fiberglass or the flexible hybrid? the reason i ask is since its in the rear, and alot of us have pretty low cars, it would be easy to catch the diffuer getting in and out of a driveway etc. id hate to crack it soon after i get it installed, as i have a somewhat steep incline to get in and out of every time i want to use the car. im very careful, but every once in awhile ill scrape the tip of my catback. im in either way, but i would be nervous having something brittle back there. -heath

The left-side hole is for the fog light mount.
Don't know if you guys don't have it, but on this side of the atlantic, its a must have so it can be street-legal car...

I would rather have it already open, but its OK if it's filled... i'll just open it when i get it.

So, is it still 300$USD for the diffuser + shipping?

When does payments start? :P

I would prefer to have the holes filled and the construction to be a flexible material, polyurethane or something, so that it doesn't crack.

Can you take a photo of the diffuser on the ground ? I was wondering if my catback will have clearance issues (Greddy RP catback)

I can see the small cut out for the muffler but is it at a angle ?

I don't know if you want this thing in urethane... its pretty damn close to the exhaust and the heat might deform..

Hmm.. I didn't know that rear fog lights were required in Europe.. i would like to see one on the FD

The diffuser will be $300 in FRP. Shipping will be $100

Because of the way it's designed and it's purpose, it won't really matter if it's FRP or Hybrid FRP. This diffuser mount on so many places it aint going no where and it's not going to flex either.

The reason why I haven't quoted a price on CF is because we need to try it out first. If we can hand lay it, it will be more affordable. If we have to vacuum infuse it, that will drive up the cost. The tight area around the fins makes it difficult to hand lay.

I will have all the holes patched. It will take another day or 2 to get this thing real nice before we make a mold.

Ken
