Regarding the fenders and wheel sizes, I have no idea at this point what the specs are but it would be safe to assume they are very similar to Feed's.

I do know that there a replicas of the N1 front bumper offered in the U.S. Some are fairly inexpensive. Quality... I have no clue.

For us to offer the old school combo (red) we would have to make a front bumper, the front diffuser, and the canards. That will be damn expensive for you guys and for us as well.

However, with the new combination, judging from the pictures, it seems like a very complicated bumper + canards. this will be a less expensive option to offer.

If you're going to put this in production, I'm buying a full kit. I prefer the older kit on the red car.

shineauto is one of the best venders for RX7's.. they're fitment is GREAT!! they're quality is top of the line. They communicate very well w/ the buyer, and ship quickly. i bought a RE-A diffuser from them a while back, and its great.

if i didnt already have a kit on my car.. i'd buy this kit.. go for it!!

i might consider buying it after i get my engine swap done.. =)

P.S. put more of ur stuff on ebay, and is ur site currently running??

Pleeeeeeeaze make it! You definitely have me as a garunteed buyer. As well as probably every other FD owner, LOL.

For sure though Ken, i'd even fly out to CA and help (if needed). . . bc I have an N1 front bumper with the Carbon undersweep, and side pieces. . . . if you need me to ship it out to you or something. . . . let me know.

I know this kit is almost impossible to get, bc a lot of people i know have been trying to contact Amemiya to get the kit imported for about a year now, but they never get responses to emails. So, if you make it, it really would help out the US based FD community. And I try to help in any way i can as well

pic of my fnot bumper with the side and undersweep:

If they get and make this kit, and you decide to buy it I will buy your undersweep and pro-canards. I've been trying to get the for my bumper forever

Ken how much is this beast going to cost? This kit is very popular in japan and very common there also. I would get the entire kit. This kit is hot and the pics dont do this kit justice, you have to see this thing up close so just build the dam thing and people will buy it. I beleive you could get at least 10 people to buy the entire kit and once people see the kit in person then they will really want it.

Peace

I'd wear it... =) I'm in for one if it goes down.

You're looking at 207900 Yen just for the front/rear fenders + sides. That's nearly $2000. Add another $1000 for each bumper and about $600 for all the canards.

A complete kit is going to be around $5000 + shipping for the original from RE-A, minus the lights and mirrors.

If it was replicated, you could imagine shine would probably sell the complete kit for about 70% of the original, if I had to guess. You could probably assume $3500 for a full kit to include front/rear bumpers front/rear fenders, sides, and canards. Please don't take this as anything but a GUESS. I got the 207900 price from RE-Amemiya's page, and estimated on the front/rear bumpers and canards.

Sorry guys. I hate to break the bad news. I totally forgot about the auction this weekend. I had to attend my neighbors funeral as well as my cousin's baby shower and ALSO let my battery charger at the office. Otherwise, I would've sniped that auction with the quickness.

This is probably what we would've charged.

Front fenders $450-$500
Rear Fenders $450-500
CF front fender covers $350 a pair.
Sideskirts $350 a pair

Front bumper (extremely complex one) ... the one originally in the auction. $650

CF canards $200-$250 depending on complexity.

So at most.... that whole complete combination would be $2600. That's pretty up there, but it is quite a bit of pieces.

I was caught right in the middle between this or the FEED, and I actually ended up choosing this one! Well, if you ever do make this a project, count me in for sure.

any chance. . . of. . . . getting this kit, just the AD-GT kit by itself. . . sans the front end. . . outside of the auction?

AD-GT kit, which is the front fenders, side skirts, and rear fenders are $1747.00 (207,900 yen) without shipping. . . i know it doesn't come with the carbon fender cannards like in the auction, or the front end. . . but many people want just the ad-gt kit anyhow, not the front end and stuff.

Any chance in getting the kit? I would sell off a ********, and donate body parts in the name of science if you do. . . scout's honor

I agree with RedR1. With obtaining this kit and then making it a project for your business, it would give most people time to get the money together for it. I am more than willing to delay other projects for this kit!

Is the availability/price of obtaining one that rare/high? I mean, members could pool money to get one and then you could make it; knocking what was pooled off of the purchase price.
