Possible Scoot Hood Replica?

I'm sure Shine could make an amazing fitting better version than the CF once currently on the market. I'd LOVE to have an FRP version sans center front scoop.
Anyone else share my thoughts on this?

Personally, I'd just like to have a version like the original Scoot that fits well. RE is closed now, VIS is hit or miss fitment, and Seibon is flattened out.

I'd love to have with or without the vent with better fitment than current manufacturers. I'm just saying it would be extra sweet with that duct deleted.

They won't make it. There are alot of copies on the market already. Why would the make a hood and just delete that lil scoop at the front to satisfy one person?

I'm not the only person who has expressed these opinions on this subject, and i'm aware many replicas are made but shineauto seems to be the current leader in quality and i would much rather get it through them. Love the fitment of the FEED replica but i'm looking for something with vents more forward.

Many of the replicas fit like crap and some even have smaller sized versions of the vents. I've also heard that the front vent negatively affects air extraction. so0o-0o yeah

Unless there is a HUGE demand, they won't make it. I'm willing to bet $5 on it

if you dont like the scoop you should buy a freakin n1 hood imo. i got to liking it thats why i picked one up.
i hate the replica where the scoop looks flatter or however you want to describe it. ruins it. mines a replica im not sure who even made it but the fit is fine.

Like I said, take the original design and make it fit. I would also like the center vent ducting to be optional, as I would like to leave it open, some might like to have it directed back to the brake lines as it did with the original Scoot. As for deleting the center vent altogether, it would be fairly easy to get a body shop to do this.

the scoot hood looks like a ******* tumor with gills. The cars natural flow wasn't to have some gigantic lump in the center of the hood. The cars natural flow is all subtle lines.

the original scoot hood has the same profile as the stock hood with added vents, the VIS hood is lumpy and looks like crap and i will agree with you on that. I would buy this hood if its made i desperately need to drop underhood temps.

If you are desparate for cooling, just get the original scoot hood. It will work 2 or 3x as effectively as the copies.

The Nostril in the front is what makes the hood effective. Think Ferrari 575 GTC and Porsche 993 GT-1.

If you really want quality, you gotta pay for it.

I went with mr.koseki (the owner of scoot sports) to 2008 Rx7 Festival at ebisu circuit. I am somewhat friends with him, if you really want it. I can ask if he can make one. He makes his hoods to order.

It will probably be not cheap, and it is only made in F.R.P

I hate carbon, FRP is actually preferred, and i am trying to save money, which is why I'm asking shineauto about this, the fitment and quality is INSANELY GREAT for the prices.
