Mud Flaps

I don't know if anyone has suggested this yet, but what about FC mud flaps? It seems impossible to find OEM ones. It doesn't seem like a piece that is hard to fabricate and it will sell well and for a pretty good price too.

you know, these things.

I had a pair on the front, but one of them cracked, so I removed them. I looked for a replacement set but never found a proper fit. I'm interested...

Come on, I know there's more of you guys interested out there! I know I still am. Heck, even as a poor FC owner, I'd pay good money for a set!

I dont mean to hate on this thread or anything, just voiceing my opinon .... But, how are these attractive? They look absolutely disgusting, gives our cars a rally style look. The only benefit apart from what some of you call nice looks, is to stop rust. Rust gets extremely annoying especially where the mud flaps would go in the front. Both of the rx7s I have owned have had rust there.

K, count Travis out then

I'm interested in fronts and rears, pending price and timeline. My car is getting painted over the winter and getting them in time to have them paint matched is important.

What about the molding in front of the rear wheels? I'd be down for those also.

Oh and Travis just PM'd me, he's down for 5 sets, stock piling them for when global warming makes rust less relevant in Canada...just kidding man, I couldn't resist.

Don't know if you looked where i'm from or not, but it doesn't snow in vancouver. Just rain during the winter........................ More rain ......................................... And a little more rain.

And no thank you i'm down for -1,000,000 sets, I would almost pay for people to take these off of there cars.

Damn, I suffer from typical American geography ignorance. If what you are telling me is indeed true then I was lied to. Water doesn't instantly turn to ice upon crossing the Northern border!?!?

And I do like your idea for mudflap removal. You obtain the flaps and mail them to me. I'll then redistribute them in the US. Paying you will be the satisfaction you will have in posting "Stupid Americans!!" in all the "Look at my mudflaps" threads...... I can dream anyway.
