Its very easy to remove...the hard part is actually installing it.

The side mounts can stay on the car and only the diffuser itself is what needs to be removed and thats only 5 bolts

killed many, many cones with my cf, never had a problem, i wouldn't hit anything much harder then a cone though.

That's good to know, i don't plan on hitting anything harder than a cone, hopefully. Who's got the FRP version? I'm thinking it might be more cost-effective on a street car. Although carbon is undeniably sexy...

Hey guys can you help me out?

I am getting very confused about those side generators.

I am seeing pics comming by with those "high mounted" side generators. What I am looking for is low mounted side generators as seen on the pictures below.

Can anyone tell me which side generators I need to be able to mount them low as the pictures below? Or is this a complete different diffuser?

thanks!

they're the same ones, however, we have a few customers mount them high. You can mount them wherever you want

Sorry guys but I am pulling this thread from the dead!

Couple questions.

1. Is Shine Auto Project still pumping these out? I can see it on their website but there is no gallery for the side generators or the center air diverters.

2. Like asked above is there a picture of a Shine Auto Project diffuser with the side generators mounted in the lower position? I can see the pictures above but I am pretty sure those are genuine RE Amemiya diffusers. Looking at the images posted of the Shine Auto Project diffuser and the side generators i can not image how they bolt up to the diffuser in the lower position. I am looking at the angles of the two items where they would join and I can not see how they would mount together in the lower area.

Apologies for the necro. But will be looking at purchasing some Shine Auto products, and just wanted to see if anyone would clarify.

Thanks, Tyler.
