they sent me a tracking number 10-8-10, i called fed ex and fed ex says all they did was create a shipping lable, but havent sent a package yet.
multiple attempts to contact ken to get a reciept for my purchase...no call back, or return email from him....

You already have a tracking number.. And there is current activity. We always print out labels first, but that does not mean it has shipped. We still need time to prepare the package and organize the pick ups.

Yeah, i understand that. I do shipping everyday. There wasnt any shipping activity until 5 business days after the label was created.
During those 5 business days, I have been calling, and emailing you to create a ship to address change to a business address.

He's correct.
The kit comes with 3 pieces. 2 pieces that attach to each side of the bumper and act as a bracket to hold the main diffuser.
The black car has the "side vortex generators," but he is placing them in an area most people don't place them.

Oh, FYI to everyone who buys this diffuser and wants to run the rear RE bumper caps, too. Its possible but it requires alot of grinding and modifying to the the bumper caps and diffuser side mounts.
