anyone still awake? What time do we need to be there if we want to be allowed to park in the event area? Website says gates open at 9am. Is this what time they start letting cars park?

i know right i went to to check out the rc cars and i walked around the parking lot to check out the cars becuase i remember last year alot of nice cars where in the parking lot...and i saw a vert that had its hood open and the top down i believe they where advertising some kind of services but i just kept thing to myself woow

Wow... man the few bad apples always spoil it for all the rest. I understand there were a few guys doing a bit of "exhibition of speed" leaving the event venue and the boys in blue(black) weren't too happy!

Don't forget the douche bag in the FC with red wheels..I think his car was like primered or something. He tried to "drift" in the staging area cuz it looked like he got bored of waiting.

First off - - AWESOME event! I'm still babbling about it to my wife (who couldn't care less, heh)

Second; Any counts on total cars, number of cars in each series, etc? I gave up trying to count when sections started to wrap around.

Super kudos, sir... blew the last SS I made it to (SS VII) clean out of the water.

 

That's understandable, but several of us saw cars like a stock FB, obeying traffic laws, getting chased and pulled over by the motorcycle cops set up before the bridge on Alton.
