SEVENSTOCK-14: The Legendary Raffle!
Of course SevenStock wouldn't be the Largest gathering of everything Rotary Engine related without our LEGENDARY SevenStock Raffle!!
Raffle Tickets are priced at $2 each and proceeds are used to fund THIS VERY EVENT!! yes really!! You can purchase your tickets at our Raffle Booth which will be next to our SevenStock T-Shirt Booth, located inside Hall 7 this Saturday!
SevenStock14 Official Event TShirts are priced at $15 each and proceeds are used to fund THIS VERY EVENT!! yes really!! You can purchase your Tees at our SevenStock T-Shirt Booth, also located inside Hall 7 this Saturday!We will be selling MENS and WOMENS T-Shirts!
Get your T-Shirt while they last, we only had so much money to print a few. Remember, they SELLOUT EVERY YEAR!! Many have said that this booth is the VERY FIRST booth you should come visit. Because after lunch, there might not be anymore T-Shirts left!!

Andy what was the latest time last year would you say if you arrived at the staging area you would still get in and be able to park your car in the show area? I remember last year rolling off the 5 frwy at SS13 and it being light out. This year it seems like it will be dark for all caravans and arriving at the staging area.

On Saturday morning, I will have in my hands a stack of SevenStock14 entry cards. Once you pay ME, you get a card and you will pull your car through to the staging area. This is where everyone is lined up and makes new friends, pass out donuts, etc.
Once I am out of the cards = we are filled to capacity. Gate 17 will be CLOSED for the SevenStock Show area parking.
Even if you have a super duper Rotary, you'll be paying $9 to park at the Public Lot on White.

Thanks Andy, I read in an earlier post that you will have room in the outdoor parking area for about 300 cars, is this correct?

The inside lot is full the last time I heard from those handling that aspect of the event.
The outside lot is quite big, BUT due to fire code, we CAN'T use every bit of real estate available to us ( Thanks Fairplex!) . Then we also have about 5 vendors with trailers! yay!

Important information - sevenstock morning!
Folks,
In order to expedite the morning. I am going to give out some instructions, because I will be the 2nd person you will meet Saturday Morning. 1st Person will direct you to the payment lines, where our Payment Collection Crew will be.
You will tell me INSIDE or OUTSIDE, pay ( CASH ONLY!) and I will hand you an ENTRY CARD and WRISTBANDS to get into the Venue.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTION OF OUR PARKING STAFF AT THE STAGING LOT.
Easy!
One more note: Folks, please practice backing up your Rotary!!! Backing up at an angle, or backing up perpendicular. Find an empty parking lot and practice, you don't want to be THAT guy/girl holding up the line when we are rolling to the show area.
THANKS EVERYONE! We are less than 36 hrs away from SevenStock14!!

wow this should be interesting with only 150 spots and many caravans showing up.
We have about 150 in the outside lot, might be able to push it a bit higher.
The inside lot is full the last time I heard from those handling that aspect of the event.
