Was driving to kfc for my girl and i hear a click that sounded like a rock hitting the fire wall. so i hit the clutch and the car was idling fine costing at 40 so i let it go into 4th and the motor was acting like it was bogged down or only getting 1/2 the fuel so i clutched and pulled over and the car died before i stopped. now it wont start. if i crank it and give it gas it will start for .5 sec and then die, when it starts it hits 1krmps then drops dead.

going to comp test in to morning and listen to it crack with the plugs off. i know most 13bs will run and idle like **** even when blown.

LOL found to problem. my cooler pipe had popped out of the rubbler pipe where my motor conects and i couldn't see it in the dark. car started right up. sun light helps

Haha! Don't you love when you completely flip the hell out and the solution is easy as hell?

 

where i broke down was to dark to see, there where no lights, just 2 big houses on a dead ends street and a car passing by every 15 mins or so

 

my intercooler rubber pipe thingy has popped off several times ... when it happens i instantly think i've blown a motor, but thats always the first thing i check now
