TENNESSEE: Alpha Gamma Rho of MTSU is hosting a car show...
Hey guys, my fraternity is hosting a car show on April 15th at the Middle Tennessee State University Campus. It will be held on one of their HUGE parking lots. The cost is $20 to pre-register with me or $40 at the door. Guys, its going to be fun and there would be alot of people who would be astonished at some of the cars around here. If we wanted to take it a step further, we could even make it a meet for Southeast rotary clubs and whoever else wants to come. Lets make this big!

Sweet. Lots of pick up trucks!! GIT-R-DONE!!!
If they are going to do this, you guys need to hang ad flyers all over campus, hang them up at all the parts stores in town, and maybe call the Murfreesboro Hot Rod Club and see if they can get some of their heavy hitters out there to show off. (let them in for free of course)
That is the least you need to do for a successful car show.
Also look into sponsorships from parts stores, dealerships, bling-bling shops, and stereo shops.
Pass that on to your Philanthropy Chair (or whoever you have in charge of the event).

And DJ, there will be alot of trucks....BUT - there will also be alot of nice cars (hopefully) if people actually show up. I'll get working on the sponsorships and flyers.
