So you are taking 65 to Huntsville. Isn't that a bit longer than the other route. I had originally planned to go the huntsville way, but mapquest showed the other route to be about 45 minutes faster.

 

Well I live over here (south of Franklin in Spring Hill) off of I-65 At the 53 mile marker. I can get to Huntsville from here in 1.5 hours.

Oh ok. So you are looking at about a 3 hour drive.

 

take 53 exit 1 or 2 on 65. then take rideout/mlk to 565. exit govenors. that will take you to gadsten... I wont be far behind..

 

So it looks like I'll be rolling down I-24 myself. Going through Huntsville just adds another 45 minutes to a long drive. See ya guys there.

and would rather go early on a vacation so I guess I will not be there.

Man, I am glad I had to back out. Last night we were up all night running calls at work. I came home at 7am and crashed in bed, just got up and its 1:30pm. Everyone be safe and take lots of pictures.
