There is too test and tune tomorrow from 2pm to 10pm, and it's not going to rain. Just put some good tires on, turn up the boost, and run that Miata! See you tomorrow. This is going to be great.

 

whew ok. i feel better now lol. unfortunaly, my tires wont be great. they're good but not great. its enough though.

they closed down at 5pm and will resume tomorrow morning at 7am for next round of qualifing and then 9am for brackets/quick 16 and starting serimonies at 12 noon.

Sorry you guys didn't get to run the FD and the Miata. Both were looking good and potentially 12 second cars. I ran twice, both like ***. My line locks had a total failure, so after an *** burnout, I hooked a 2.4 sec 60' then went sideways in 2nd so let off for a while to get straight, and got halfway back on to get far enough to turn around, got a 14.2
Then I tried the linelocks again and they had a total failure once more so with no burnout I got an *** run in 1st and 2nd again and proceeded to miss 3rd (1st time in Outkast history), to run a 12.8 at 116 mph.
Then I got myself together and decided to drive good and pulled the ABS fuse to eliminate the need for line locks, and got rained out before I could run.
So it sucked, and the crap *** video is coming soon.
Thank you very much Kandela for the trailor, it was nice as hell and I really appreciate it. Also thank you Crispeed for the slicks, and Matt for installing my tranny. And thanks Paul Efantis for letting us stay in your trailor for like an hour during the rain and drink beers.
Going back this Friday...

 

Yea it totally sucked because of all the rain but still was slightly fun because of all the rotarys racing/planed on racing. Roland, if you serious about friday, i'll go if you go. I really want to test my car out now. Thanks for everyone heading out there! Maybe next time we could get some runs.

 

it still blows that we wasted 30 bucks. moroso is full of pirates when it comes to taking money. oh well, ill probably donate to them again next friday lol

 

Oh yeah I'm serious. I left my car on slicks, race gas and plugs on Kandela's trailer. Ready to go straight to Moroso on Friday leaving at 5:00pm from Homestead. If I don't run 11s then I'm a ***. So see you there.
