yeah, so far its at the "rotary" soccer park in smyrna, tn. i need to pay the deposit so we can get it locked down. . . err, well. . . its locked down, i just have to pay for it before the wednesday prior to the event.

 

What is the cost? Is it just a deposit to make sure it is all together once were done or is there a real fee? We gonna take donations or try and get a few bucks from everyone? Sure it can't be too much.

 

its not too much. . . if anyone wants to make donations, we'll set up a tip jar, how about that?

 

Tip jar sounds good as we don't need one person to pay for our fun. I would say you should be able to get a few bucks from the main people and let all the visitors enjoy the fun.

Also I would like for someone to get some pictures of the cars that come. We need more pictures on the TN club website.

I'm going to video tape this GREAT EVENT!!

 

This one will be a last minute decision for me as I will be at the beach from the 2nd to 8th. I might just have to show up. I would like to be there.

What time is this event gonna start? And will you need help setting up?

it should be an all day deal. i assume people will start to leave around early afternoon, so about 4pm at the latest. . . and as early as 8am. shouldnt need too much help setting up. . . as itll only be a grill and maybe a cooler or two. april SHOULD be there with me, and im sure jeremy will be as well. . . so, we really should have most things covered. this is UBER low budget, so no banners or anything crazy. . . just food, cars, and a good time.
