Hey....If the weather is nice Friday night, I'll be driving my FD to Savannah to watch a football game. Will there be any cars out after 10pm or so? Where? I'd love to meet some folks. I'm only 1.5 hrs away near Brunswick.

Ah yeah my mistake, I remember you tried to get it off by hand and ended up using the air tool, so maybe ill throw the engine in my minivan and take it to a shop and have them get it off for me lol.

Sorry I have been out of the loop. I recently took command of a Tank Company and we are heading to Afghanistan shortly, so I have not had a lot of time to do anything.

Myles, that build is looking nice!

Dan, I would open that engine from Japan. There have been a lot of issues with those engines. I know Carlos helped the girl who converted her na FC to turbo II ordered an engine from oversee too. It blew for user errors, but I have heard of others having issues too. Also, my tune will be super rich ith the lack of air flow from a non streetported engine. Just some things to think about.

Anyone heard from Ed? How is the 20b doing?

Congrats on the tank company and upcoming deployment, that should be fun!

Id like to tear into it but I am going to open my street ported motor up and rebuild that for the next rx7 I buy, I am putting this rx7 together with the jap motor and going to sell it and get into something a bit more reliable. People are rich here so I should be able to pull 15k from this, we will see.

My Harbor Frieght has a 20% off coupon in the store for ANY items, I bought a 2 ton engine lift today and tommorow im going to pic up a welder. Good time to buy some bigish ticket items for 20% off which is pretty good. I paid 140$ for the cherry picker.
