Nice pictures!!! looks like you guys had a great turnout there. I'm interested to know if your lens fits a Nikon D40?

Those are great pics and my car is in a few. It was a pleasure meeting you and maybe I can make it to Birmingham in a few weeks. I had a blast and there were some nice cars there.

It should as all the lens I have are DX lens.. I'm about to sell my 18-135mm ($275shipped) to buy the 18-200mm VR.

I wished I had brought my FD... But It rained all they way until I hit ATL and rained all the way from AL border to Bham. Also few FD owners came in their other car...

More pics..

It'll most likely fit and work but won't autofocus. I am a Canon user so I can't say for sure. I see that my little 2nd gen found it's way into the corners of most shots. I know it's no super clean FD camera star but no FC pics anywhere?

All Nikon DX lens are made for digital nikon SLRs... so, it will definitely work with D40 with autofocus.

It wasnt cheap but quality is top notch! Also, this lens is specific to Nikon SLR.. in that Nikon Capture NX software has a function to make the image superwide.. Here is an example..

Here is the pic I took

Here is the superwide with the software..

all done in click of a button.. Fisheye is the most fun lens I've worked with.

I have few more pics from the event.. I'll post later.
