Is the caravan only for committee members only or can non-members participate in the caravan?

Looks like we have 2 opinions...

Saturday is really good for the ones who want to Test & Tune.
Sunday is better if you want to watch the event.
I plan to go both days, all depends on the wifey...

O.K.... no one ever takes the lead so I will try to get us organized

Date: Sunday 8/29
Time: 8:30 am
Where: Arby's parking lot at Towers shop (corner of 595 and university blvd.

We will meet in the Arby's parking lot between 8 to 8:15. We will LEAVE to PBIR by 8:30
We will travel the Turnpike North and regroup at the Publix off of PGA and the turnpike. We usually buy our supplies for the day then head over to PBIR.

bring your SUNPASS.. if you don't you will get left behind on the turnpike. We usually travel around 70 mph and get to PGA blvd within 45 mins to an hour.

POST your name ONLY if you will meet us at the Arby's so I know who I will wait for. we will leave at exactly 8:30 so we can get to PBIR early.

If you want to contact me by cell phone you can PM me and I will give it to you. Most of the local guys already have it but if you want to join in it's all good.

All be advised !

Lake Worth, Fl, August 26th, 2010 - For Immediate Release
Due to the severe weather forecast caused by Hurricane Danielle and Tropical storm Earl for the West Palm Beach / South Florida area, The National Sport Compact Racing Association officials have postponed Round 4 of the NSCRA South East Regional championship series at Palm Beach International Raceway that was scheduled for Saturday August 28th and Sunday August 29th.
This decision was made with much regret, but was based on the advice from the National Weather Service and South Florida meteorologists.
The NSCRA has been in contact with meteorologists throughout the week. The feedback given was that the worst of the weather will pass through Saturday and Sunday leaving it unrealistic for an event completion.
A strong line of thunderstorms with the potential of tropical force winds will be coming through the West Palm Beach area Saturday August 28th and Sunday August 29th.
Saturday’s forecast has scattered thunder storms with a 60% chance of rain

Sunday's forecast has scattered thunder storms with a 60% chance of rain.
With this information and passed experience the NSCRA feels it is best to postpone the event as of today in hopes of saving our Racers and fans from travel and expenses with the weather looking so uncertain.
NSCRA officials will release re-scheduled event date via press release on www.nscra.com no later than August 31.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to seeing everyone on the re-scheduled event date.
