ok guys just rebuild my engine like 6 months ago and now its back on the rx7 on thursday the engine has 131 miles only friday i drove it to no gas cause my gauge is **** up .... sunday the car starts swinging idle from 1500 -900 rpm and today it chocked on me twice driving in 4 gear , the car still swings idle today

am gonna check if its bad sparks cause the wires are new NGK
and it may be the fuel pump its a denso 255 the fuel filter was changed 6 months ago
please help guys much appreciate

 

What about your injectors? Meaning did you remove & have them cleaned when the motor was out.

Cause with a bad fuel gauge there is a change you ran her low on fuel and picked up dirt & transfer it to the injectors. Maybe give more information on your setup, like are you running twins?

 

Fuel's gotta go through the filter first. I'd guess clogged fuel filter. Change that bad boy.
