has anyone heard of mcnair performance in raleigh, NC, near the airport. I heard they are rx7 specialists. and if anyone knows how much it would cost for an engine rebuild there.

 

You need to conatact Bruce Turrintine in Raleigh if you need a rebuild. He is one of the leading engine builders in the country. He charges $1700 for a rebuild , thats just the rebuild, it will be more for removal and reinstallation. His # is 919-386-0433.

As for your original question. I have heard good things and bad things about them but nothing first hand.

Mcnair's labor is extremely expensive......

As far as 20B project cost, you are looking probably around $15K to spend.

 

take it to rotorsports. They do good work, but they tend to take their time...

 

I took my car to Mcnair performance. After i got it back he had fixed my coolant thermo sensor and another sensor. Cost me like $350 and when i got my car back, the driveshaft was messed up. I dont reccomend going there.
