Looking for shop in TN for FD

I'm looking to have some diagnostic and repair work done to my FD in Tennessee. I'm near Knoxville and the closest place I've been able to find is Mazcare near Atlanta, which is about 230 miles from here. Any references for closer shops would be greatly appreciated.

Yup, 2 best options have been stated above.

If its engine rebuilding you need, Landers is the man!!

Garfinkle is uber-smart no matter what you want to do!

I've spoken with a few different guys that have a good reputation in the area, but no one has been able to offer anything concrete for a diagnosis. At this point I need to get it to a real shop, get it fixed, and get it sold. Rotary Resurrection is pretty close to here but their site says they aren't accepting new work at this time. I'll send him an e-mail just to be sure. As for Garfinkle, it's still over 200 miles from here and I'm afraid to take it that far in its current condition since I don't know what's wrong or whether or not it will actually get me there. I may be stuck and have to find a way to travel that far but I'll keep looking for a closer shop for the time being. Thanks for the info so far!

I'll agree with those guys, those are pretty much your best and only bets around here for professional work. I'm sure you already know that the Mazda dealerships are a joke. Most of us just do our own work and have become quite handy as a result.

Have you tried searching in the 3rd gen section for your symptoms? I doubt there's a problem out there that someone on the forum hasn't dealt with.
