SC Local Rotary Shops near Columbia SC?

Looking for some help from a reputable RX-7 shop/mechanic. Put a powerFC back on my pretty much stock RX-7 and reset it back to the base map, got almost through the idle learning process and it shuts off because of low idle. Car will crank cold, but wont crank hot? .. . Could just be something simple as spark plugs fouled which I'll try or could be something Im not sure of... Not looking to spend an arm and a leg because I just put a new motor in it and it should be running fine.

Is there a place near by that could help me out?

Thanks

Oops. You said it just wouldn't idle. Can you get it to W Columbia and drop it off?

Reese, where you referring to me or wmelon? It just has a hard time starting and idle dies durring powerFC idle learning process... on the last stage. I reset the PFC back to its base map as the car is now basically stock minus the Supra pump and 3'' dp. I cannot get this thing running right no matter how hard I try it seems...

Im gonna change out the spark plugs next week and see what that does.

If your down for a drive to Summerville i can take a look at it for you. The shop is small, but growing.

ok so I changed the spark plugs and still no luck.... I re-did the idle learning process the whole way through and it was idling good at 900rpms. So I tried taking it around the block to see how it drove. As soon as I touched the gas in reverse the idle started to surge... Backed it out of the driveway and it rode extremly slugish... Barely made it up a not very steep hill in 1st gear... drove it around the block (barely) and as soon as I got into the driveway and put it in neutral it idled real low and died. Now it wont start back up again... doing the same thing as before... Can ANYONE close help me out!!! I don't want to have to tow it somewhere and spend an arm and a leg to have a shop "look" at it.. Just to tell me they can't fix it.

Thanks to all.
