sadly guys, on the way home from davids, my little motor poped... lol

yay for carbon seals. anyway, guess my rex is down for good till i get the 20b this summer.

if it's not ready for any new events next year, i guess i'll have to show up in the beater altima... god i hate that car, but it runs.

A couple, good friends of ours, younger than me, in their dream home for only a few months, came over Friday night. We opened the door and they looked like they'd seen a ghost.

Their house burned down. They have three boys, all under 10 yrs. old.

Needless to say, plans changed. I was mad that I couldn't go, but priorities changed I guess.

How about a little local pre-Christmas gathering, sometime soon? No real pressure for peeps to drive into town. Just something little. Beauregards maybe?

Sounds good. I'll be free December 23 but that might be cutting it too close to Christmas for some. I'll be off work from then till January 2, so maybe a post-Christmas/pre-New Year gathering could be in order.

I had the same hood on my last FD and I think it helped a little... it ran cooler than any of my other ones... but that could of been due to many other factors.
